We do not provide your personal information to 3rd parties, with the exception of basic website
analytics which is sent to Google, and billing data which is sent directly to Stripe and not at
all sent to our servers. Stripe sends us a token we use when charging your account.
We may occasionally solicit feedback from you about your experience with the service.
We may inform you of major upgrades to the service.
We may use the logo of your organization (as determined by your email address) in a testimonials
section of our website. If you wish to opt-out on this, please email us.
We follow high security standards for protecting your data. Your password is not sent to us (a
SHA-512 hash of it is sent) and we only store a one-way encrypted hash (KDF) of
that.
To support you in troubleshooting when you have a question, we store details on your last failed
and last successful API call. This is used in your customer support issues.
